A few of the older Duggars have walked away from Counting On, but Jinger Duggar and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, are still sharing what their lives are like in Los Angeles, California. Not only are Jinger and Jeremy still involved with the show, but they’re also attempting to create businesses of their own.

Now, Jinger and Jeremy have a podcast, products, and plenty of sponsorships. But some of it may not be going so well. The couple announced they’re stepping away from one of their ventures.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo from ‘Counting On’ have multiple business ventures

It’s clear Jinger and Jeremy want to be self-sufficient outside of Counting On. They moved out to California so Jeremy could follow his dreams and achieve a degree in pastoral ministry. And Jinger’s been making the best of the West Coast life, too. She’s changed her personal image and online aesthetic completely to attract sponsorships and sell her brand.

Jinger and Jeremy have their own podcast, The Hope We Hold, where they talk about how religion and Christ influences their lives. They also frequently have famous guests, like other members of the Duggar family.

Aside from their podcast, the couple sells products. Hope & Stead is their product line, and they have baseball hats, candles, and beanies ready for purchase. “We promote the message and lifestyle of Hope through creating designs that point to our ultimate Hope — Christ,” the website explains.

Jinger and Jeremy announced they’re taking a break from their podcast

So far, Jinger and Jeremy have 32 episodes of their podcast. And they even have a blog outlining what each episode is about, who’s guest-starring, and how fans can listen. But the couple’s now stepping away from the venture. They announced on Instagram that they’re taking a break.

“We are taking a short break to reset going into this year and focus on baby Evangeline and Felicity!” they announced on Instagram. “We’ll be back soon though! Drop your best ideas in the comments for upcoming topics and or guests you want to hear from!”

Jinger had her second child in November 2020, so there’s no doubt the parents are busy caring for Evangeline. But critics think something else is going on since the podcast is so new.

“Didn’t they just launch this business?” a Reddit user asked. “This seems odd. Something must be up.”

“It may be a good example of rushing into a new business without properly sorting it out first,” another wrote. “That on top of a new baby, yeah, I can see how they need a break.”

“They are acting a little odd lately,” another wrote. “No pictures of Evy Jo, no pictures of Felicity. They didn’t do a photoshoot for Evy Jo’s birth.”

We’re not sure exactly what’s going on with Jinger and Jeremy, but it’s no secret that Jinger’s had a tough time becoming an influencer. Her partnership with the donut company Fonuts infamously fell through in 2019. Critics wrote to Fonuts warning them to not support Jinger due to the Duggar family’s beliefs, and Fonuts issues an apology to social media regarding partnering with Jinger in the first place.

Aside from Fonuts, Jinger was set to team up with Rebecca Minkoff for a Toys for Tots event. But Minkoff also appeared to pull the partnership. The company stated Jinger and Jeremy wouldn’t be attending the event.

Jinger still posts sponsored content to her Instagram from time to time, but she seems to have pulled back. We’re not sure what’s happening with the podcast, either. We’ll have to wait and see if the couple brings it back.
